Extraordinary Eucharistic Ministers

Those selected should be recognized as people who have been living lives of mature Christian faith and who have demonstrated personal st
ability, devotion, and moral integrity for some time. They should exhibit evidence of both love and respect for the Holy Eucharist and a desire to serve Christ in ministry to others. It is important that these ministers be willing to meet time requirements for both the training for and execution of their ministry.
Those selected should represent a cross-section of age, ethnic and culture differences, and should include those who are disabled. Men and women are to be equally considered as candidates. The Parish Pastor makes the final decision on who can serve.

- The rituals and norms for Communion Ministry
- Appropriate pastoral skills as required by the ministry
- Must retrain every 3 years
